Our chef de cuisine Birger Klemcke attaches great importance to local produce, sensible animal husbandry, and seasonal dishes. The name “Giorgios” alludes to our past, as the Hofgut estate and the restaurant are located directly on the “Limes”, the Roman Empire’s border wall.
