Hofgut Georgenthal offers versatile and flexible venues for unforgettable wedding celebrations, from small gatherings to large parties. Whether under the open sky or in a cosy atmosphere, you will find the perfect space to organise your wedding exactly as you envision it. Our 164 m² event area and large sun terrace with a view of Georgenthal are ideal for lavish celebrations for up to 80 people. If you book all 39 rooms (including five suites) and our apartment exclusively, our event rooms for up to 100 people and the entire estate are also at your disposal – for celebrations lasting late into the night.

Hofgut Georgenthal is the perfect location for your civil, church or independent wedding ceremony. Say ‘I do’ in the romantic pavilion by the pond, in the historic courtyard or on the terrace overlooking Georgenthal. The grounds surrounding the estate are not only a beautiful backdrop for photos, but also offer genuine emotions, special moments of light and natural scenery – perfect for your wedding photos.

Our wedding arrangement

Your wedding day is a unique moment. To ensure you can enjoy every moment, our carefully curated wedding package includes everything you need to make your celebration perfect:

A warm welcome with sparkling wine and fine finger food – the perfect start to a special day
An exquisite 4-course dinner as a set menu or buffet – tailored to your taste
Matching wines, beer, soft drinks, coffee and tea until midnight
Chair covers, table linen and a festive ambience
Room hire and set-up
Attentive service from our experienced team, who will anticipate your every wish

For wedding celebrations with 30 or more guests, we charge €240 per person for the package, plus a room hire fee of €750. For 50 or more guests, the room hire fee is waived.
From midnight onwards, we charge a night surcharge per employee per hour, plus drinks according to consumption. 
External service providers – such as florists, photographers or musicians – are not included in the package price, but can be added according to your wishes. A midnight snack can also round off your evening in style, if desired.
For smaller celebrations or special requests, we will be happy to provide you with a personalised quote that is tailored to you and your day.
