Our family-run 4-star superior hotel was opened in 2000 in a historic tithe barn dating from 1692 and offers the perfect blend of tradition and modernity. It is located directly on the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Limes and houses the Limes Regional Museum, which showcases the exciting history of the region.

In 2025, we celebrated a special double anniversary – 25 years of hotel history and 333 years of the Georgenthal estate. We took this occasion to recount the eventful history of the estate from its beginnings to the present day in a lovingly designed anniversary brochure.
