Together with yoga teacher Bettina Rosen-Metzner, you’ll experience flowing Anusara Flow Yoga, restorative Yin Yoga, meditation, breathwork and Yoga Nidra – all set against the tranquil natural backdrop of the Taunus. The retreat combines mindful movement, relaxation and wellness to create a holistic break for body and mind.

Yoga Retreat featuring Anusara Flow, Yin Yoga & Wellness
During the retreat, invigorating and calming yoga sessions are deliberately alternated. Strengthening Anusara Flow sequences promote stability, flexibility and energy, whilst Yin Yoga, meditation, breathwork and Yoga Nidra soothe the nervous system and facilitate deep regeneration. Between sessions, there is plenty of time to enjoy the wellness area at Hofgut Georgenthal, with its indoor and outdoor pools and various saunas, or to recharge your batteries with a walk in the countryside.
