Sometimes all it takes is a weekend to reconnect with yourself. Immerse yourself in a pampering weekend full of Pilates, relaxation, wellness and beautiful nature.

The Pilates sessions are suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners and are complemented by gentle relaxation techniques. There is plenty of time for personal downtime between classes: enjoy the soothing atmosphere of the wellness area, a walk in nature or a good conversation over dinner together.

Everything is optional, nothing is mandatory – this weekend is all yours.

Louisa Schell

Louisa is a certified Pilates trainer, aspiring relaxation trainer and has years of experience as a fitness trainer. In her classes, she conveys the joy of movement, promotes body awareness, lightness and well-being. With clear, cheerful instruction, she creates spaces where everyone feels seen and welcome. Her courses are suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike and combine powerful Pilates with relaxation and mindfulness exercises. The focus is not on performance, but on consciously experiencing one's own body and the good feeling of being completely at one with oneself.
