Treat yourself to a soothing break from everyday life. This retreat combines active movement and deep relaxation in perfect balance.

Look forward to powerful Pilates sessions with yoga elements, gentle Yin Yoga to help you settle in, morning meditations with sun salutations and a regenerating Yoga Nidra session. The programme is complemented by moments of mindfulness in nature, quiet walks and conscious breaks. The special atmosphere of the Georgenthal estate creates space to let go, recharge your batteries and realign yourself – for body, mind and soul.

Marion Noelling

Marion is a trained Pilates and back trainer as well as a health trainer with a B licence. Since 2024, she has been supplementing her work as a certified Yin Yoga teacher. In her sessions, she combines powerful Pilates sequences with flowing yoga elements, conscious breathing and moments of deep relaxation. Her focus is on balance, mindfulness and lasting well-being for body and mind.
