Through the powerful combination of Kundalini Yoga, deep breathwork and the activation of your body’s innate intelligence, physical and emotional tensions are gently released. This creates space for greater vitality, clarity and inner balance. 

A particular highlight of the retreat is the combination of a Kundalini Kriya to activate abundance and new perspectives, followed by a cacao ceremony. Two profound experiences that complement one another and strengthen your connection to your heart. This creates space for what really matters: connecting with yourself.
Between the group sessions, the time is entirely yours. Relax in the wellness area, enjoy the soothing tranquillity of nature on a walk through the Taunus, treat yourself to culinary delights and give yourself moments of mindful awareness.
