Inner Balance, Renewed Energy and Mindful Self-Care

November 12-14, 2027

Treat yourself to a restorative break from everyday life and discover how Hormone Yoga, mindful movement and deep relaxation can help promote greater balance and wellbeing. During the three-day Hormone Yoga Retreat with Anja Maur and Antonina Klesar, strengthening and gentle yoga exercises are combined with mindful breathing techniques, restorative practices and soothing aromatherapy.

Surrounded by the peaceful nature of the Taunus, you will find space to recharge your batteries, deepen your body awareness and focus entirely on your personal needs. Kandala Hormone Yoga, Yin Yoga and Fascia Yoga, together with mindful relaxation sessions, invite you to unwind and restore your energy.

A weekend dedicated to self-care, inner balance and valuable time for yourself.

What you can look forward to

The Hormone Yoga Retreat combines energising yoga exercises, mindful breathing and restorative relaxation to create a holistic break for body and mind. At the heart of the retreat is Kandala Hormone Yoga, which combines classical Hormone Yoga techniques developed by Dinah Rodrigues with Yin Yoga and other mindful movement practices. Additional Fascia Yoga exercises promote body awareness and flexibility. Mindful breathing techniques, gentle stretches and selected essential oils complement the practice, inviting you to release tension and find inner calm.

Anja and Antonina guide you through a balanced programme of energising and gentle yoga sessions, relaxation and shared moments of reflection. There is also plenty of time for personal conversations and socialising. Between sessions, you can relax at your own pace, enjoy the wellness area at Hofgut Georgenthal, unwind in the sauna or explore the autumn scenery of the Taunus on a peaceful walk.

Following the philosophy “Everything is optional, nothing is obligatory”, you are free to choose which activities feel right for you and when to take a break.

Your Instructor Anja Maur

Anja is a mindful and compassionate yoga teacher with a special sensitivity to the needs of her participants. She specialises in Hormone Yoga based on the method developed by Dinah Rodrigues, combining it with Yin Yoga and Qi Gong to create a gentle, balancing practice, particularly during times of hormonal change. In her restorative yoga sessions, Anja brings together fascia work, Yin Yoga and elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Her classes offer space to slow down, recharge and restore inner balance – always guided by warmth, depth and creativity.
