Yoga & Meditation Retreat “Awakening” – Your
Yoga & Wellness Weekend in the Taunus

Step out of everyday life. Reconnect with yourself.

March 5–7, 2027

Everyday life is often filled with appointments, responsibilities and the feeling of always having to be there for others. In the process, your own needs can easily take a back seat. The “Awakening” Yoga & Meditation Retreat with Ute Franz invites you to consciously step away from your daily routine for one weekend. Surrounded by the peaceful nature of the Taunus region, you will find space to breathe deeply, let go and slow down – and to turn your attention back to yourself.

Gentle yoga, meditation and deep relaxation will help you calm your mind, reconnect with your body and gain new clarity.

What you can look forward to

At the heart of the retreat is a calm, holistic yoga practice that is not about performance or flexibility. Instead, each session is an invitation to turn your attention inward and reconnect with how you truly feel. Ute combines traditional Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga with meditation and Yoga Nidra. Movements are slow and mindful, allowing each pose the time and space to unfold and resonate within you. A Vision Board & Values Compass workshop complements the yoga practice and invites you to reflect on your personal wishes, values and priorities.

Between the group sessions, there is plenty of free time to enjoy the wellness area at Hofgut Georgenthal, explore the surrounding countryside or simply enjoy doing nothing at all.

Who is this retreat for?

This retreat is designed for women who have busy lives, take on a great deal of responsibility and are often there for others – and who would like to spend a weekend putting themselves first. No previous yoga experience or particular level of flexibility is required. The focus is not on performance or perfection, but on mindful awareness, relaxation and the opportunity to reconnect with yourself.
