Yoga Weekend ‘Reflection
& Renewal’

Reflection & Renewal

November 20-22, 2026

As the year draws to a close and the days grow shorter, a natural space for reflection emerges. This retreat invites you to let go of the past, find peace and gather new strength. In the midst of our beautiful natural surroundings, you can consciously give yourself time for regeneration and inner expansion.

You can expect a varied yoga practice: invigorating, soothing and harmonising. Flowing movements, breathing and meditation practices help you to bring your body and mind into balance. The classes promote stability and lightness and open up a safe space where you can relax, recharge your batteries and find yourself – regardless of whether you already have yoga experience or are just starting out.

Between sessions, enjoy the relaxing wellness area, quiet retreats in the courtyard and the wide open nature of the Taunus. The hotel's fine, seasonal cuisine rounds off your break in a delightful way.

Katja Fischer

For Katja, yoga has been a faithful companion for many years, which she nurtures like a good friend. For her, yoga combines the balance of body and mind: it grounds her and is at the same time a healing form of physical fitness and mental serenity. On her journey from student to teacher, Katja has become familiar with various styles of yoga and particularly enjoys teaching a combination of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. For her, yoga is the best way to face daily challenges with serenity and contentment.
