Hybrid meetings with the latest technology
Our conference room is equipped with a system of speakers and microphones as well as a rotatable and zoomable camera. Small, USB-connectable “buttons” connect your laptop to the conference room wirelessly. The audiovisual system of the conference room appears to the laptop as a webcam as well as an external microphone/speaker combination and can be used with any videoconferencing application of your choice. Whether you use Adobe Connect, BigBlueButton, Cisco WebEx, Google Hangouts, Jitsi Meet, Microsoft Teams, Skype or Zoom for your conference, you simply select the conference room system as camera and speaker/microphone in your application and you are ready to start. The viewing angle of the camera is controllable using a remote so that even details of your presentation can be seen by external participants.
The meeting rooms Nassau I and Nassau II
The two rooms can be combined for large conferences and each for itself is perfect for seminars. The creative atmosphere in which you can concentrate on the essentials and work optimally is included with us.
Due to the current Corona Contact and Operating Restriction Ordinance of 07.05.2020, the max. number of participants for the conference rooms has been adapted to the existing requirements.
The room named Nassau
Our 154 square metre conference room is a room equipped with the latest presentation technology. It is equipped with Samsung monitors that have an enormous 98″ screen diagonal and Ultra HD resolution. For meetings with up to 140 participants, the “Nassau” room can be divided into two rooms of 77 square metres each. During the restriction which is due to the Corona Pandemic, the max. number of participants is currently reduced to 36 persons.
