Literary scientist Rainer Moritz presents book tips for winter
Germany is the world’s second-largest book market and every autumn the international literary scene comes together to view new publications, listen to authors, celebrate literary leaders and award prizes. Those who find the world’s biggest book fair in Frankfurt too confusing and who shy away from the crowds of 7,000 exhibitors from around 100 countries with almost 300,000 visitors are cordially invited to the Saloon with Rainer Moritz, director of the renowned Hamburg Literaturhaus. Fresh from the fair, he presents books worth reading that literature lovers can start the winter with. These are the most important, entertaining, exciting and relevant novels and non-fiction books that you should definitely hear about and put on your personal reading list. The selected range of books by the great lover of literature is, of course, available as a small selection through the Vaternahm bookshop in the saloon.
Start: 12:00 o’ clock a. m.
