Hybrid congresses by using the most modern technology
Our congress room is equipped with a system of amplifiers and microphones as well as a camera that can be freely rotated and zoomed. Small so-called “buttons” that can be connected via USB connect your laptop wirelessly to the congress room. The audiovisual system of the congress room appears in the laptop as a webcam as well as an external microphone/speaker combination and can then be used independently of the video conferencing application you are using. Whether you use Adobe Connect, BigBlueButton, Cisco WebEx, Google Hangouts, Jitsi Meet, Microsoft Teams, Skype or Zoom for your congress- you simply select the congress room system as camera and microphone/speaker in your application and you are ready to start. The camera’s viewing angle can be controlled via a remote control, so that details of your presentation can also be seen by external participants.

Nassau is a 154-square-metre congress room with state-of-the-art presentation technology – Samsung monitors with an enormous 98″ screen diagonal and ultra-HD resolution. The Nassau room can be divided into two rooms of 77 square metres each. For congresses with up to 140 participants.
